The application is built with a local-first architecture to empower commercial dairy farmers to track herds, milk yields, breeding cycles, and financial ledgers offline.

2. Local Data Storage (Local-First Architecture)

All livestock profiles, cattle tag numbers, insemination records, 3-session milk collection entries (Morning, Afternoon, Evening), and customer khata transactions are stored locally on your device using an embedded SQLite database. Al-Mustafa Solutions does not operate remote servers that mirror or access your private farm records.

3. Permissions & Device Features Used

• Camera / Photos: Used solely to capture and attach animal tag photographs, sire/dam lineage images, or farm logos to your local records and generated PDF settlement bills.
• Biometric Authentication: The application supports fingerprint or Face ID authentication through your device's secure hardware. Biometric data never leaves your device's secure enclave and is not accessible to the app.
• Storage / Document Access: Required to generate and save printable PDF settlement statements, Excel/CSV backups, and SQLite database snapshots.

4. Google Drive AppData Cloud Backup

The application includes an optional cloud sync feature using Google Drive's restricted AppData folder. When initiated by the user, an encrypted snapshot of your database and cattle photos is synced directly to your personal Google account. Al-Mustafa Solutions has no access to your Google credentials, Drive storage, or backed-up files.

5. Advertising & In-App Purchases

The Free Tier utilizes Google Mobile Ads (interstitial ads displayed upon saving records). Google Mobile Ads may collect non-personally identifiable diagnostic device identifiers to serve ads in compliance with Google Play Developer policies. Users can upgrade to the Premium ad-free experience via Google Play In-App Billing.
